Scope: This policy applies only to the Yuchun Home mobile apps and the Yuchun Smart WeChat Mini Program. It does not apply to the Yuchun Home official website or its online message and other web services.
This Privacy Policy is issued by Zhejiang Yuchun Home Co., Ltd. (“Developer” or “we”), the developer of the Yuchun Home apps (Android, iOS, HarmonyOS) and the Yuchun Smart WeChat Mini Program, regarding how we process your personal information.
We take your privacy seriously. Please read this policy carefully before using our apps or mini program. By using our services, you agree to this policy in full.
We collect only the personal information necessary to provide app/mini program features as required by law. The table below describes the scope, purpose, and collection/processing methods for each type of information. We do not actively collect information not listed here.

Among the above, mobile numbers, account profile, and monitoring data are personal information; Bluetooth scan results and logs are used only in connection with your account and bound devices. You may withdraw permission grants in system or WeChat settings; some features may then be unavailable.
You may exercise statutory rights including access, copy, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent via in-app settings or by contacting us.
If you have registered an account, you may delete it in the app: open “Profile” → “Edit profile” → tap “Delete account” and confirm. This removes your account data and device bindings and cannot be undone.
We will complete processing within the period required by law. You may also email us at brand@yuchunhome.com (see Section 6) for assistance.
Unless otherwise required by law, we retain information only for the minimum period necessary for the stated purposes. We protect your information with HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, and access controls.
We use information only for the purposes stated in this policy. If use goes beyond those purposes or reasonable scope, we will obtain your explicit consent again.
We do not actively share or transfer your information to third parties, or publicly disclose it, except as required by law and with your separate consent where applicable.

All features and services of the smart sleep monitoring system may be affected by usage scenarios, third-party communications, network and device conditions, and user behavior. Monitoring data deviation, delayed or missed SMS/voice alerts during heart rate or respiration anomalies or when using emergency help may occur. This system is an assistive sleep monitoring and alert tool, not a medical device, and must not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis; it is for daily reference only. We are not liable for accidents, injury, or death during use. Please read this disclaimer carefully before purchase.
